By using any service operated by Yellow Sun Systems ("we," "our," or "us"), including DreamZone and The Writing Sessions (collectively, "the Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

Yellow Sun Systems operates the following services:

• DreamZone (dreamzone.app) — a personal dream journaling application that allows you to log, tag, search, and optionally analyze your dreams using AI.
• The Writing Sessions (writing-game.onrender.com) — a creative writing tool designed to help you build a consistent writing habit.

All Services are provided "as is."

2. Account and Authentication

• Some Services require you to sign in with a third-party account (e.g., Google) to use them.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.

3. Your Content

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of all content you create on our Services (dream entries, writing sessions, tags, etc.).
• License: By using a Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service's features.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal or that violates the rights of others.

4. AI Analysis (DreamZone)

• The AI dream analysis feature in DreamZone is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.
• Not professional advice: AI-generated interpretations are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. Do not rely on them for mental health decisions.
• When you request an analysis, your dream text is sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic). You will be asked to confirm this before each analysis. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt any Service
• Use automated means to access our Services (scraping, bots) without permission

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that any Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

7. Data and Backups

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are encouraged to use data export features (where available) to maintain your own backups. We are not responsible for data loss.

8. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time (where applicable), which permanently removes all your data from that Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of a Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
